1. Orders will only be processed after it has been paid in full.

2. The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated upon request if purchasing online or at point of purchase when confirming delivery for an in-store purchase.

3. Special orders cannot be cancelled or altered once the order is placed and a cancellation fee of forty percent (40%) of the total purchase value is applicable.

4. If you have changed your mind on your order, you will receive a credit note for the full purchased amount of the invoice, valid for thirty-six (36) months. Or, If you choose to terminate your purchase order before taking possession, there will be a cancellation fee of thirty percent (30%) of the total purchase value.

5. De Rucci must be notified of any imperfection in the product(s) within seventy-two (72) hours of the goods being delivered or collected.
