Product Care
Leather
Just like our own skin, leather required a gentle touch and regular care. Avoid using general household cleaning products, chemicals and abrasives are not recommended as they can break down the protective surface and cause of damage to the leather. Please use leather friendly products for general or spot cleaning. For optimum result, use leather balm every few months or after deep cleaning. To minimise fading, avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat.
Fabric
Just like leather, a regular cleaning regime for your fabric furniture is always advised.
Dirt and body moisture can produce discolouration to your fabric. Regular vacuuming will remove grit that in time can wear the fabric and reduce the longevity in your product.
Pilling can occur on virtually any fabric, whether it is furniture or clothing, and they are not considered a fault. Pilling can be very easily removed using a Fabric Pill Remover.
Keep spills and pets off your furniture where possible and refrain from sitting on arms, back or the head rest of lounges.
Timber
In order to minimise marks and scratches to your timber, please use a protector such as table cloth or coaster. It’s also important to remember that because timber is a porous product, it can soak up liquids quite quickly. Remove liquid spills as soon as possible to avoid water marks or stains.
Marble
Always use protective heat coverings to protect against hot objects as the surface can be very delicate. Always use coasters when placing cups, bottles or glass on the surface. Any liquid spills should be wiped clean immediately using a clean cloth to avoid staining. Remove dirt and dust by wiping with a warm, damp cloth and avoid using cleaning products unless specified it is suitable to do so. Never drag marble pieces as it can stress the frame or cause the piece to chip.
